Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the NDPM Chat mobile application and website at ndpmchat.chat. By creating a profile or using NDPM Chat, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
NDPM Chat is a private messaging app. You create a local profile on your device. No phone number or email is required to use the core messaging features.
You are responsible for how you use the app and for the content you send.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to send, share, or promote content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent in a criminal sense, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive.
You agree not to spam other users or misuse invite links to harass people.
3. User-generated content
Messages, media, files, profile names, and similar materials you create or share are user-generated content. Because conversations are end-to-end encrypted and primarily stored on devices, we cannot read private message contents on our servers.
You remain responsible for your content and for complying with applicable law.
4. Reporting and blocking
If you encounter abusive users or objectionable content, you must use in-app tools to Block the user and/or Report (Flag) the issue to the developer.
Blocking removes the contact and their messages from your chat list immediately so you no longer receive content from them, and also notifies the developer of the inappropriate content.
Reporting (Flag) notifies the developer (support@ndpmchat.chat) so we can review the report and take appropriate action, which may include refusing further support to abusive users and cooperating with lawful requests where required.
5. Groups
In groups, members may report messages to group moderators, and moderators may block members according to group tools. Developer reporting remains available for safety issues that require our attention.
6. Accounts and deletion
Your chat profile is stored on your device. You may permanently delete your profile at any time via Settings → Delete account (or Your chat profiles → Delete profile). Deletion removes your local profile data and can remove related server connection queues.

8. Disclaimer
NDPM Chat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for content shared between users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
